• Girls on the Run NOVA is in over 190 schools in the Northern Virginia area
• Approximately 3000 girls participate in the program each season
• Over 30% of girls in the program are receiving financial assistance to participate
• Girls participating in the program were found to have a statistically significant increase in their self esteem, eating attitudes and behaviors
• Prevalence of obesity among children 6 to 11 has increased from 6.5% in the 70's to 17% in a recent survey

Girls on the Run NOVA is actively seeking sponsors to assist in our mission in the community for a mutually beneficial partnership in support of our program. Levels of Sponsorship
Partner with us to empower girls with a greater sense of self-awareness, a sense of achievement and a foundation in team building to help them become strong, self-sufficient women.
Champion's Circle: $25,000 and above
Olympian: $15,000 to $24,999
Marathoner: $10,000 to $14,999
Sprinter: $5,000 to $9,999
Award Winner: $1,000 to $4,999

Fund 100 girls for the program for a year
Prominent recognition of level of sponsorship, company logo on GOTR website and link to company web site from GOTR website for the full year
Prominent recognition of level of sponsorship (including Company name and logo) in parent e-newsletter, coaches' e-newsletter, volunteer forms & fliers, and on race day t-shirt (about 6500)
