Business Minor from Johns
Hopkins University. She worked as a
litigation paralegal for Williams & Connolly, LLP,
assisting in the defense of numerous high-profile clients.
Jenn began her involvement in Girls on the Run as a 5K
participant and started volunteering in 2004 at Taylor
Elementary, where she is still the head coach. Her favorite part
of the program is watching the girls become confident, healthy
young ladies, and crossing the 5K finish line with huge smiles.
Jenn didn't discover her love for running until college, where
she rowed varsity crew. She currently competes
in triathlons of all distances, finishing her first Ironman in
2005. She spends the majority of her season racing
off-road at XTERRA or local mountain biking races.
Jenn is also a USA Triathlon and USA Cycling certified professional coach.

Lori Whitehand has a Master's
Degree in Public Administration from George Washington
University and a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology. She has
been working as a certified Personal Trainer since 2003.
She was a Health Policy Consultant for the Association of
Maternal and Child Health Programs for over 6 years after
serving as the Program Director from 1995-1997. A mother of two
boys, Lori actively competes in triathlons and finished her
first Ironman in November 2005. Lori is currently the
GOTR coach for Beech Tree Elementary. For sites in

Robin
Allan has a Communication Sciences and Disorders degree from
the University of Florida. She has worked in Publishing
Industry as an Acquisitions Manager for over 7 years. She has
been involved with Girls on the Run of NOVA since the
beginning of 2001 as a race volunteer and began coaching at
Nottingham Elementary in the spring of 2004. Robin is a
proud new mom and currently coaches at Taylor Elementary.

Event & Community Relations Director
Lesley
Green has been involved in Girls on the Run since 2004 as a
coach and volunteer. She has been trained to coach both the
Girls on the Run and Girls on Track programs. Lesley has been
the race director for the GOTR Fairfax Corner 5K (2006), GOTR
Reindeer Romp 5K (2006, 2007) and GOTR Daisy Dash 5K (2006).
Having worked for the Town of Herndon’s Parks and Recreation
Department, and The Greater Reston Chamber of Commerce, Lesley
has organized the Herndon Turkey Trot, Herndon Festival
5k/10k, Taste of the Town in Reston, and numerous outdoor
events and programs. As the Events & Community Relations
Director, Lesley’s responsibilities include the Spring and
Fall races, other GOTR events throughout the year, and
building a strong GOTR of NOVA relationship and awareness
throughout the community. Lesley is an avid runner and has

Stephanie Norwell has
been involved with Girls on the Run for over six years. She
was a coach and Board member with Girls on the Run Chicago,
and while in graduate school in North Carolina, she
volunteered as a coach with Girls on the Run of the Triangle.
She has been on the Board of Girls on the Run of NOVA since
2003. Outside of Girls on the Run, Stephanie works as a
strategy consultant. She has a BA from University of Michigan
and an MBA from Duke University.

Christie Couture is
the Marketing Manager for American Psychiatric Publishing,
Inc. She has been involved in Girls on the Run since 2001 as a
race volunteer and began coaching at Nottingham Elementary in
the spring of 2004 and currently coaches at Taylor Elementary.
Christie enjoys running and has run a marathon and several
half marathons.
